  • Create and join sports games and events

  • Communicate with other users via messaging

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

  • Use automated tools or bots to access the App

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, messages, reviews). By posting content, you grant SportBuns a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

6. Safety and Meetups

SportBuns facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for in-person interactions. When meeting other users in person, we recommend:

  • Meeting in public places
  • Informing someone about your plans
  • Using your own judgment about personal safety

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportBuns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
