1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SportBuns mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SportBuns is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts. The App allows users to:

• Create profiles with sports preferences and availability
• Search for and connect with sports partners
• Create and join sports games and events
• Build and participate in sports communities
• Communicate with other users via messaging within the App

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Conduct and Platform Integrity

You agree to use the App solely for its intended purpose of finding sports partners and arranging events directly on the platform. You explicitly agree not to:

• Share, solicit, or collect personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, personal messaging IDs, or links to third-party messaging groups) for the purpose of moving conversations or group activities off the platform
• Harvest or collect user data, phone numbers, or profile information of other users to create external communications, group chats, or competing communities outside the App
• Engage in off-platform solicitation or spamming of other users
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate other individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, messages, reviews). By posting content, you grant SportBuns a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

6. Safety, Messaging, and External Interactions

SportBuns facilitates connections between users strictly through its in-app messaging and activity management features. SportBuns is not responsible for off-platform communications or in-person interactions. If you choose to share contact details or meet other users in person despite these Terms, you do so entirely at your own risk. When meeting other users in person, we recommend:

• Meeting in public, well-lit sports venues
• Informing someone about your plans
• Using your own judgment about personal safety

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportBuns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any off-platform interactions resulting from violations of these Terms.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to messaging features, or block your profile at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms—including engaging in unauthorized contact collection or off-platform user recruitment. You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
